The second day

Today I ate pizza for a lunch.
At that time,I was surprised how big that pizza!
In japan,I can eat a piece of pizza.
But American's piazza is very wide and thick,
so I shared one piece of pizza with two person.

I think it is good to share the dish.
Because I can save my money , eat various menu ,and
decrease fat to eat.

Hi Fumiha, congratulations on creating your first blog in English!! It's good that you are thinking about a healthy diet. Many people gain weight when they start eating American food because it has too much fat and sugar.

Hello, Fumi!
This is Hiromi, and I was there last year as a participant! Anyway, it's nice to meet you. ^^

Sharing the food is not only good for your wallet, but also for you stomach because the portion is sometimes too much literally!

Hi Fumiha,
Great insight you had about food and how to share it, spend less and stay thin and healthy.
Pizzas are delicious but I agree with you, some are simply too big to eat by oneself.
I hope to read more about your stay in Maryland.
Regards from Nina´s friend in Venezuela

Hi, Fumiha.

Welcome to the U.S. and congratulations on setting up your blog!

Your idea about saving money and also finding a way to deal with the oversized portions typical of American food is a good one!

If I'm really, really hungry, I can eat maybe two thin pieces of pizza, but I could never eat an entire "pie."

What do you think of the typical ingredients in American pizza? I imagine some of them must seem rather strange, compared to pizza in Japan! (And I mean pizza, not okonomiyaki.)

Enjoy your time here!
